Up to 2 hours are allotted per incident. Usually this is enough time and we are fairly generous. If the effort required is more than 2 hours, after a mutual assessment and upon your agreement to continue, additional charges may apply.
Our professional services are provided on a best effort basis. As you might imagine, because of the factors that may be beyond our control, we can not guaranty resolution to issues involving 3rd party products.
